Love is a place, you know? It’s marked by a sense of security, a sense of belonging, and a sense of clarity. It’s where you find yourself understanding exactly what you need, and accepting the paths you have once scorned. Often times, you will catch yourself complaining about the path you take. Those, too, are part of your journey. They’re the times you stretch yourself beyond what was once your confining possibility.

Beyond the shadow of your doubt lies the simplicity of your goal.Within your shadow, lies the complexity of your inner antagonist. Why do you hold yourself back from accomplishing your goals? I want you to ask yourself these questions after checking your hydration today:

  • What am I doing to impede my growth?
  • Is what I’m doing a result of my influences?
  • What can I do to further understand my peers?
  • How do I take back control of my surroundings?

It’s never easy to start loving again. It comes from a place of your own security, rather than that which others give you. If you truly feel secure in your environment, you may be open to letting others into your life. It starts not with needing more for yourself, but genuinely wanting to be more than you are. The internal desire for growth must eclipse others’ desires about you.

Ask yourself those questions, and build what is important to you. Do not get sucked into another’s world that has no place or rest for you!
