I keep needing to remind myself that I’m the only answer to what’s in my own future. It’s a recurring theme, almost daily, that I lose and find myself; be it by the moonbeams or warmth of the sun. How does a man get so lost every day? I’m constantly seeking answers for a question I don’t specify. Maybe it’s just a sign of humanity.

Grab a cigar and take a seat. We’ve got jazzy blues here for the smoking section.

Over the Moon

Tell me there’s
Another way
Before I jump
Out of the fray
‘Cause with the sin
In my sights
On these lone-
liest nights
My soul is slipping
Body’s dripping away
I’m harping on
a long-lost god
Just to stay

Forgive
My indiscretion
With every beat
My heart keeps asking a question
I’m all out of time
Whether or not your mine
And life keeps letting me drown
In its perfection
So if I’m no good for you
It won’t change what I must do
I know I’ll find myself
Over the moon
